| Vision | The persons with disabilities and other vulnerable groups are having a right to live in the community like their normal counter parts with equality and dignity with better sustainability and quality of life (QOL). |
| | By providing services, supports, training and rehabilitation to the targeted groups matching to their skills, needs and vulnerable environment which leads for independent living with better sustainability and quality of life. By working with service spectrum which starts from the stage of identification to empowerment covering medical, social and economical areas with convergence both at Institute and Community based strategies & interventions. |
